Representation is carried out by the acting President or an authorized board member.

3. Hosting and processing by Webflow

This website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. When you access the website, Webflow processes technical data required to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security. This may include IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referral URL, accessed pages, date and time of access, and server log data. This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. We do not use this hosting data for advertising or independent profiling purposes.

4. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is integrated directly via Webflow using the provided Measurement ID. Google Analytics automatically collects certain technical and usage data when you visit the website. This may include pages viewed, duration of visits, user interactions, approximate geographic location (generally at country or regional level), device type, browser information, and technical identifiers. IP addresses are processed by Google for service delivery and security purposes but are not stored in analytics reports in directly identifiable form. We use Google Analytics exclusively for aggregated statistical analysis in order to improve the structure, content, and performance of the website. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, behavioral profiling, or cross-site marketing tracking. Analytics data may be processed on servers located outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are based on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses provided by Google. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention period configured within Google Analytics and is automatically deleted after expiration of that period.

5. Cookies

In connection with Google Analytics and technical website delivery, this website uses cookies or similar technical mechanisms. These are used for statistical analysis and secure operation of the website. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or other direct means, we will process the personal data you provide (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and communicating with you. We do not share contact inquiries with third parties. We store such correspondence only as long as necessary to respond and resolve the matter, unless legal retention obligations apply.

7. Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR is applicable, processing is based on the following legal grounds: for technical hosting and security-related processing, the legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely ensuring website security, stability, and delivery. For processing of inquiries, the legal basis is either the necessity to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling communications. For analytics, processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to understand and improve the website, or on consent where legally required. Where Swiss data protection law applies (Swiss FADP/DSG), processing is carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, proportionality, purpose limitation, transparency, and data security.

8. Data recipients and international transfers

The primary recipients of technical data are our hosting provider Webflow and, for analytics data, Google. As Webflow and Google may process data in the United States, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Switzerland and/or the European Economic Area. Such transfers can involve different levels of legal protection. Where applicable, the transfer is based on recognized safeguards, such as contractual protections and standard data protection clauses used by service providers.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Technical log data is retained by the hosting provider according to their operational and security requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Correspondence data (contact emails) is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and then deleted, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal data about you, request rectification, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. If you would like to exercise your rights, contact us at the email address provided above. We may request appropriate proof of identity to protect your data.

11. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. We apply the principle of data minimization and process only the data necessary for the stated purposes. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or organizational changes. The current version is always available on this website.
